These are images taken by Magdalena Rzymanek during her trip to India . They're taken on a holga or a 'toy camera' . A Holga is basically an inexpensive camera that was manufactured in Hong Kong for the working class. It's low fidelity frame makes for interesting images because of accidental light leaks .The holga's plastic lens creates a blurry , dreamy effect . The camera actually saturates natural colour to produce a very colour intensive image.I love the squarish shape of images too. In a nutshell , it's my soulmate camera (if there ever was such a thing) . Oh how I want one for my birthday .
